Initial Market Structure
Created a spreadsheet of 40+ heavy industries like textiles and chemicals that use steam from 60- 250°C. Sorted the industries by subsector for easy company classification. Built a chart of 100+ example companies and their credit ratings. Created a database of 200+ sustainability policies and rebates across the European Union and attached them to relevant companies. Created an exhaustive list of steam use cases and the physics behind them.


Spark Gap and Analysis
Compiled a database of electricity and natural gas prices across Europe, North America, and Asia based on government data, EIA reports, and World Bank information. Used Bloomberg forward curves for natural gas to build a spark gap spread to identify the cost difference between electricity and natural gas across target markets. This helps to identify the ideal countries for market entry that could save money with an electric heat pump vs. a gas boiler.


Market Entry Prioritization
Created a 1-5 scoring system for factory sites to identify the top prospects for market entry. Developed the methodology based on system integration, operating temperatures, energy balance, and operational hours. Used Python to visualize 200+ factory sites with corresponding ratings.

Hypothetical discounted cash flow model for a theoretical solar and battery storage startup called Baltic Renewables.
Pitch Decks
Developed multiple pitch decks and utilized Power BI to visualize complex energy market data. Built decks for an executive summary, competitor analysis, customer proposition, market sizing, partnerships, R&D/execution, and scaling. Created company LinkedIn posts.
